Since it's not done I decided to use my camera (thus the blue glow).
Wait, I forgot to draw the shirt design... crap.
Alright, I'm pretty sure I know what colors to use, but I want to be sure.
My Guess
Fur: Orange
Eyes: Red
Goggles: Gray with red detail (and lenses)
Flame design: Red
Shirt design colors: No idea
The last time I saw Trails in color was about 6 months ago on Hatena, and since I can't get there anymore (Broken DSi), I just tried to remember the colors.
